Frequently Asked Questions

How do I Register As A User
If you buy online you can choose to register as a user so that the next time you return your information will be there and you can log in and check out quickly (we do not store credit card information).  You will find the registration section after you choose ‘Checkout’ when you are finished shopping and are ready to pay.

How do I add an item to my shopping basket?
You can click on ‘Add to basket’ on the product catalogue page.  If you require more information on the product before you buy, click on the item you are interested in and it will bring you to the product specification page which will show you a description of the item, alternative views, zoom option and related items.  In this page you can also click ‘Add to basket’

How do I check what’s in my basket?
Simply click on the ‘Shopping Basket’ link at the top of the page.  This will show you the products that are already in your shopping basket.  You can add or remove items and changes sizes here.  To return to shopping just click ‘Continue Shopping’ or to finish your purchase choose ‘Checkout’

How Do I Remove An Item From My Shopping Basket?

Click on the ‘Shopping Basket’ link to view the contents of your basket.  There is a small box to the left of each item.  Click in the box beside the item you wish to remove and then click on the ‘Delete Selected’ button up above.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Champion accepts Visa, Mastercard, Laser, Maestro International, Visa Debit and Electron.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are normally processed the day after they are placed (Sunday to Thursday excluding Bank holidays).  Orders placed on Friday and Saturday will be processed the next working day.  You will receive an email confirming when your order has been processed and again when it has been despatched for postage. 

What is the delivery charge?
Deliveries to Republic of Ireland addresses are €7.50. However, if you spend over €100 delivery is free.  For a full list of delivery charges please click here

How Long Does Delivery Take?
Products will usually be delivered 3 to 5 working days of the order being processed (Republic of Ireland).  For all other areas please click here to see our delivery schedule.
How Do I Cancel/Change An Order?
If you have any query with your order please mail us as soon as possible at info@champion.ie If your order has not been processed we will endeavour to help you.  Changes can only be made to size (if the new size is available).  If you wish to order a different product a new order will have to be placed.
How Do I Return A Product I’ve Bought Online?
You can either return the item by following the instructions on the back of your delivery docket or by bringing the product to a Champion store near you.
Can I Track My Order?
Yes.  All orders (excluding standard delivery gift vouchers) will have a unique tracking number.  This number will be sent to you on an email confirming that your order has been despatched.  You can trace your delivery by entering this number into the Fastway tracking service http://www.fastway.ie/11TrackTrace.html
