New! CHAMPION now offer FREE delivery to a host of CHAMPION stores. Don't want to wait for your delivery? You can order online and have the order sent to your nearest CHAMPION store for FREE! We currently have 9 stores available for store delivery with more being added soon.
Here's how it works:
Step 1 - Buy Online
Order Online selecting "Store Pick Up" at checkout and chose from the drop down list which CHAMPION store you want us to send your order to.
The time it takes to arrive in store will vary from store to store, however would usually always be within a few working days. Don't worry! We will send you an e-mail when your items are ready for collection at the store.
Step 2 - Collect In Store
Visit the store and speak to a member of staff about collecting your order.
Remember!
When collecting your order please bring the following with you:
A copy of your printed collection docket (containing 3 barcodes)
Proof of Identity – please bring ID or card used to pay for products.NB: Your order cannot be collected without these items. This is for security purposes and your protection.
FAQs
Can I exchange my goods in store if I don’t like them?
Yes you can exchange your goods in full or part of an order for an item of similar value subject to availability at that store.
Can I get a refund in store for my collected order?
For your protection and security reasons we don’t offer refunds in store, you may however leave your returned goods with us and the refund will be issued from head office. Refunds are credited back on to the card that order was made with. Proof of purchase (red docket) must be provided.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped from our head office to your selected store. Delivery times will vary & will be within a few working days. An estimated collection date is provided during the checkout process & an email notification will be sent when your order is ready for collection.
What if there is a problem with my order?
You have two options:
Refund
We can refund you the item / items. Simply return the items in store with proof of purchase (red docket) and details on reverse completed.
Refund will be issued from Head office within 48hrs of arrival of goods back to head office
Exchange
If you wish to exchange the goods, it may be possible to exchange the items in store subject to availability in the store. Proof of purchase (red docket) required and details on reverse of docket completed.
I got the wrong items/size in my order, what do I do?
If you received the incorrect items and the store haven’t a suitable replacement, the goods can be returned to head office at the store you collected from, or you can request a refund.
